Return Policy

You can return new, unused items from an order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you.  Returns must be sent at your cost after calling and obtaining a Return Authorization.  Once the returns are received by us and deemed in new condition, we will refund the cost of the goods returned.  New items that are not completely hair and dirt free may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
